……………………………………………………………………………………………………Liberty Kids believe that a wonderful childcare centre and a wonderful place to work go hand in hand, so we’ve created a supportive culture where our team are actively encouraged to take the initiative, develop their career, enjoy themselves and make a real difference to every child’s day.

Only the best applicants get past our rigorous selection process to join our great team, and everyone’s fully vetted and security checked. Once they’re with us, we want them to stay with us, to bring consistency (and the reassurance of familiar faces) to your child’s time at nursery.

We expect a lot of our team,  but we do give a lot in return, with a continuous training and development programme, support, superb facilities, including their team area to relax in on their breaks, rewards that celebrate our star performers, incentives for great attendance and long service awards.

We also appreciate that listening to our team is important, so each week we all meet where the team chats about their thoughts, feelings and ideas, and have a real input into how we improve the Liberty Kids experience for children, families and each other.
