We aim to ensure that each child experiences as seamless a transition as possible throughout their time with Liberty Kids, to ensure that all children continue to make the very best progress.
Explorers to Adventurers Transition
Explorers and Adventurers rooms and staff are considered ‘one’ and both meet up at regular times each week to ensure that a sense of ‘Community’ is clearly established. Children get to know the team across both rooms over a long period of time, so when the final transition takes place, its seamless.
Explorers will transition full time to Adventurers based not only on their age, but readiness dependent upon their individual development and independence.
Adventurers to Discoverers & Forest School Transition
Adventurers will go and spend many joining in sessions in Discoverers & Forest School over a considerable period of time, getting to know the team, so that they begin to feel comfortable in their new environment.
